Warren Brown, M.D.- CEO / Founder

Warren graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998.  He completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2002 and is now board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

 Charise Ivy, M.D.- Vice President / Co-Founder

Charise graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 2000.  She completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program at Harvard Medical School / Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in 2004 and is now board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Mr. Josh Ivy- Vice President of Operations

Mr. Ivy has 9 years of experience as a business professional focused in the areas of sales, marketing, and management. While working for the Black & Decker corporation in various positions including Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Executive he developed and implemented strategic sales and marketing plans, excelled at client relations and account management, and effectively built and lead high performing sales teams. His efforts produced in excess of $130 million dollars in business and earned him numerous prestigious awards recognizing his contributions including #1 sales professional nationally and two marketing achievement awards.

Mrs. Janet Brown- Mrs. Brown has been active in the healthcare quality field for 26 years.  She has consulted for 15 years with more than 50 healthcare organizations and now concentrates on education and training.  She is author of the annually revised Healthcare Quality Handbook: A Professional Resource and Study Guide, now in its 20th edition, and since 1986 has taught more than 85 courses nationally for healthcare quality professionals preparing for examination and certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).  She has also worked with the California Association for Healthcare Quality since 1986 to provide The Healthcare Quality Overview and Certification Workshops.  Janet is a past-president of the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) (1995/1996), and was elected as NAHQ Fellow in 1997.

Mr. Doug Martinez- Mr. Martinez has over 20 years of Senior Executive experience in multiple areas of management that include sales, marketing, operations and finance. Mr. Martinez has held the position of CEO, COO, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for several successful private and public corporations. Specifically, Mr. Martinez has been instrumental in building several large enterprises such as Price Pfister (A Black and Decker Company), RSI home products, Outreach Inc. and other privately held companies. Mr. Martinez is currently CEO of Cross Section Ventures where he is primarily engaged in the development of early stage companies whose needs are in the area of business planning, marketing strategy, private equity financing and operational structuring.

Mr. Ryan Squire –  Mr. Squire is an attorney at law, admitted to practice in 1998. Mr. Squire earned his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law.  He is a published author of an article on constitutional law, and was literary editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.  Mr. Squire joined the Pasadena office of Garrett & Tully in 2002, and before that was affiliated with a large law firm in downtown Los Angeles.  Mr. Squire represents a broad spectrum clients – from individuals and small start-ups, to Fortune 500 companies – in a wide array of business and real estate matters.

Mr. Jason Pearson- Mr. Pearson has over 15 years experience in marketing and design. He has founded many internet based marketing enterprises including: Blender Magazine, the first digital music publication (honored in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum); Dennis Interactive, a NY interactive advertising agency; and Online Giving, an internet venture created to provide nonprofits with the technology to accept online donations. His clients have included: Nike, Calvin Klein, Toyota, Apple, Mercedes Benz, Levi Strauss, Coca-Cola, Disney, the Salvation Army, Prison Fellowship, the Republican Party of Virginia, the Todd M. Beamer Foundation and the U.S. Olympic Volleyball Team.  Recently he created Pearpod, a strategic marketing and design firm. Pearpod has previously consulted with ICON Productions on the film launch of "The Passion of the Christ.” Today, Pearpod serves a unique mixture of clients including; Dennis Bakke's "Joy At Work" Movement, Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven Life" campaign and Disney's upcoming Narnia Films.

Ms. Heather Overstreet- Ms. Overstreet has over 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.  She has extensive experience in the staffing industry, and currently works for an engineering firm providing services to Jet Propulsion Laboratory.  Her background includes technical recruitment, personnel management, policy formulation and legal issues.  As an HR generalist, she is also knowledgeable in the areas of benefits administration, rewards and recognition, training and development, and risk management.  In addition, Ms. Overstreet has experience in the areas of project management both domestically and internationally.

Mrs. Pamme Lyons – Taylor - With more than ten years of health care experience, Pamme Lyons-Taylor is the strategic planning director for the largest non profit Medi-Cal Health Plan in California.  Pamme has worked in sales and product development roles at several well known health plans in California.

Most recently, Pamme was the staff lead for the Children's Health Initiative of Greater Los Angeles.  In this role, she was instrumental is launching the Healthy Kids expansion, guiding the coordination and administration of the 60-organization coalition of health care stakeholders in the diverse County of Los Angeles.  Pamme has worked in lead development roles for LA Care Health Plan, Health Net and Kaiser Permanente for commercial and Medicare populations as well as the medically vulnerable.
